A range of hand-made ice creams is also on offer.
A variety of high-quality products will tickle your taste-buds ! They include white and dark nougat, almond macaroons, biscuits made from petit épautre (a rare and ancient type of wheat grown locally), and several kinds of honey (lavender, thyme, rosemary, and acacia).
Group (min 15 pax) visits to the workshops where these are made and packed can be arranged all the year round. Individual visits in July and August only, at 3.00 pm on Tuesdays and Fridays followed by the Boyer family History projection.
The shop and workshops are open seven days a week except in February (annual holiday).
