From our beginnings until today
We have been cultivating lavender for a very long time. In 1959 we made our home and starting our nowadays business in the part of the valley of Sault called Champelle. We cultivate about 80 ha of lavender, lavandin and gaelic wheat (petit épeautre) in organic farming.
We pleased to pass our know-how on to you each Thursday from 10 am to 12 am in high season. You also could learn how a bee-hive function, show a documentary and finish the visit into our produce shop.
Picnic tables are at your disposal to have a lunch front of lavender fields and the village of Sault.
