Our restaurant offers you, in a simple way, the culinary seasons of the country of Sault.
Come share this sunny cuisine of our beautiful Provence, under the stewardship of Yves Gattechaut and his team’s savoir-faire, in the exceptional atmosphere of the Val de Sault, facing Mount Ventoux.
Spring: from April 19th to May 9th
On Saturday evening and Sunday at lunch, our team will be happy to tune up a menu of delicacies containing, in particular, the staples of Val de Sault: truffled eggs and Sault’s lamb with fine lavender.
Every other evening, a meal of the day will be offered.
Summer: from May 10th to September 15th:
For every lunch (except on Wednesdays and Thursdays), on the terrace facing Mount Ventoux, our menu displays various snacks ; accompanied with a selection of wines from Ventoux and Luberon, and a selection of energy drinks, seasonal fruits and veggies.
Every night, we get back to our core competencies: to take and to give pleasure, by tendering our traditional menu: inventive and gastronomic. And, to crown this moment, enjoy our sunset that will, for a while, transform our Provencal sky into mesmerizing fireworks.
Autumn : from September 16th to October 6th
Every Sunday noon, our menu celebrates autumn delicacies; game meat and mushrooms are being glorified.
Every evening, the convivial restaurant menu takes over again.
